when i was back in ireland a few weeks back i spent a night visiting my dad, and i met up with my younger sister and brother when i was there. it was the first time id seen them all since i moved to finland, 18 months or so. two of the coolest kids ive ever met. casey who is 7,5 is so comfortable around horses and now has her own pony (whom she is caring for in the pic on the right). carl is a typical four year old, running all over the place, cycling around the house for no real reason for ages and digging up sand. im pretty sure when i was four i did the same thing, digging sand and then putting it into a bucket of water. why?, no idea. but it was great fun.
